Please read this agreement carefully about our services and accept the terms of usage before using our website mgn happy stays

This agreement lays down the terms and conditions applicable to the subscriber to use our website ie. mgn happy stays Use of mgn happy stays is deemed personal to the subscriber and is non transferable. The subscriber is responsible for the use of subscriber's account, under any login name and password, and for ensuring that all use of subscriber's account are in compliance with the provisions of this agreement. The subscriber is solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of his/her password/s. The material in this site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Firm may make changes/modifications or improvement on the site at any time.

Firm will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost of expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of our site mgn happy stays

mgn happy stays reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this site or any portion hereof without notice.

Hotel bookings

mgn happy stays makes periodical updates about the destination as well as on the facilities and tariff of all the hotels/resorts/home stays etc listed in our website. But, mgn happy stays is not responsible if there are any discrepancies either relating to the facilities provided by the properties or to the tariff and packages floated by the Hotels/Resorts.

Please handover the hotel/resort's copy of confirmation voucher issued by mgn happy stays to the hotel reception on arrival and ensure that the deposit made by you is deducted in your final bill, failing which mgn happy stays will not entertain any refund.

The room rent deposit is not refundable/adjustable against future stay if the customer/client does not make use of the accommodation on reserved. Claims shall be considered, only if it is supported by an endorsement from the hotel/resort concerned by the Duty Manager/Front Office Manager/Authorized person in the Reception stating that they were unable to provide the accommodation mentioned in our voucher.

Every Hotels/Resorts has a different cancellation policy and the user shall be charged accordingly which is available on every attempt of that property.

Cancellation and retention policies of the hotels/resorts prevail.

The reservation and the confirmation vouchers are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the respective property (Hotel/Resort

mgn happy stays reserves right to provide alternate accommodation, if the reserved hotel/resort fails to provide the accommodation as mentioned in our voucher Incase of 'no show', the deposit paid shall not be refunded

Please do not call the hotel directly for reservation changes or cancellations. The Hotel/Resort cannot make the changes /or process refunds for these specially negotiated prices/

Mode of payment

You can make your payment through internet (online transfer), as per confirmation copy or make the deposit through cheque only to avoid bank charges on cash deposits. You can also courier your cheque/DD favouring mgn happy stays and send to us at this address (contact us) and after receiving the payment (incase of a cheque) we will e/mail or courier your confirmation copy to you.

You can choose the option which suits you best.
